Abesq Doha Hotel and Residences, an IHG Hotel

They upgrade my two bedroom apartment to a king’s suite along with a double bed connected room because they couldn’t charge the first night prior to my arrival and my original booking was not available. I really appreciate this service and would certainly come back to this hotel. Thank you so much. Also, I like the valet services it was very quick.

The property was clean and the staff were friendly especially the lady at the front desk - I think her name was Sukaina (?) - she was so lovely she changed our room immediately (because we had been given a smoking room originally not because there was anything wrong) and she gave us good recommendations for hair and beauty when we asked. Other than this, the hotel was conveniently located and had lots of amenities nearby.

Stayed here for 2 weeks, I and my friend are rather strict reviewers and have decently high standards. I cannot fault this hotel in any way. Every area from the management, to all hotel staff overall were all impeccable. The handling of guests requests, general consistency in all areas, facilities, willingness and more so eagerness to provide the best service at all times was perfection. Breakfast, rooms, shower pressure, cleanliness, lift efficiency, air con, late checkout, spa, pool, shisha, every single service and area was amazing. Easily the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I and my friends have already said we will never stay anywhere else when we return to Doha and neither should anyone else. The quality, aesthetics, taste, price, everything was just perfect. I hope the management, overall experience, service and price range never falters. I wish I could list every single staff member but I simply cannot, I’ll just say every single breakfast staff, every assistant manager/manager, just wow. Special shoutout to Karan Lal and Samir though, they went even further than above and beyond to ensure satisfaction during our stay. The hotel location is phenomenal as well, tons of food places around the hotel, every major attraction/area/mall is no further than 20 mins on average by taxi. There is also a corner shop right outside the hotel.

They upgraded my room and Ms. Sirah was so approachable and accommodating. I jokingly told her that I was visiting Qatar as a tourist and requested a discount. She was quick to give it to me and gave me a voucher with a discount. And also appreciated that she registered me as an IHG member, so it was great on the next journey. The staff were super nice and helpful, the food at the restaurants was delicious. The ambiance at the Moroccan restaurant was amazing, super chilled for a relaxed dinner on the terrace. The reception staff was helpful, always smiling and with good recommendations. The library was hands down my favourite spot to read a book, have a quiet moment or watch tv. The spa was always clean and empty wich was perfect for me! It was a perfect oasis, the hotel and the staff treated us well and will definitely come back!
