We booked two bedrooms apartment. - It was new, clean - all staff are friendly and welcoming, they will provide you with what you requested in short period. - great location: 1 min to grocery and many restaurants. 10min away from souq waqif by car. - will come again for sure

Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Customer Service! I had an incredible experience at Abesq Doha Hotel and Residences, an IHG Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Their warm welcome, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality made me feel truly valued as a guest. The room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel’s location was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions while still providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional customer service—every request was met with a smile, and the staff anticipated my needs before I even had to ask. The breakfast was delicious, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was luxurious yet inviting. The hotel’s location was perfect—close to major attractions yet peaceful enough for a relaxing retreat. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide variety of fresh options. I also loved the rooftop restaurant with stunning city views! The property was clean and the staff were friendly especially the lady at the front desk - I think her name was Sukaina (?) - she was so lovely she changed our room immediately (because we had been given a smoking room originally not because there was anything wrong) and she gave us good recommendations for hair and beauty when we asked. Other than this, the hotel was conveniently located and had lots of amenities nearby.

Clean environment and staff were attentive. As soon as we entered the staff were quick to help with luggage’s and even directed us to the reception desk. There we were geeeted by the duty manager who was very pleasant. The Oat house staff were the best and a special mention for Phyoe, and another male staff whose name I cannot remember but probably Sadik. They made breakfast time pleasant. The breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of foods. I like how we were able to enjoy our breakfast in a calm environment. Thank you for lovely stay and we look forward to visiting again soon.

I loved everything about this hotel and their staff. They pay attention to details, amazing services, polite staff. The hotel receptionists were especially helpful in everything I’ve asked them. My room had a great view, was spacious, full of sunlight…..The toilet was spacious too! Loved every detail about the room. I loved the oat house restaurant breakfast, and loved sitting at the rooftop at sprezzi. The location of the hotel was very convenient and close to most touristic places, as well as the metro. It was a beautiful stay, and would definitely come back again here if I visited Doha again.
