I like thats its well maintained, and our rooms are clean. The service of the security, valet, housekeeping and the in room dining. They are very welcoming and friendly, you will not feel intimidated or hesitant to talk to them unlike some other 5star hotel we have been even the luxury hotel didnt match the kindness of security and valet staff. I commend also how the in room dining handles the new year, as i know its very busy inside the hotel but we called them twice and still feel that they happy to serve, also great appreciation to the housekeeping staff who always clean our room especially on the 1st nyt and last nyt, everything is perfect. Feels like home inside the room. Highly recommended hotel!

I loved everything about this hotel and their staff. They pay attention to details, amazing services, polite staff. The hotel receptionists were especially helpful in everything I’ve asked them. My room had a great view, was spacious, full of sunlight…..The toilet was spacious too! Loved every detail about the room. I loved the oat house restaurant breakfast, and loved sitting at the rooftop at sprezzi. The location of the hotel was very convenient and close to most touristic places, as well as the metro. It was a beautiful stay, and would definitely come back again here if I visited Doha again.

The reception staff was helpful, always smiling and with good recommendations. The library was hands down my favourite spot to read a book, have a quiet moment or watch tv. The spa was always clean and empty wich was perfect for me! It was a perfect oasis, the hotel and the staff treated us well and will definitely come back!
